Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases such as:
- Damaged products during shipment
- Incorrect products delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Damage Claims
To process any damage claim, buyers must provide:
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video
- Packaging images
within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Partial refund
- Credit adjustment in next order
depending on the situation.
International Orders
International export orders are generally non-returnable.
If products are damaged during transit:
- Replacement products may be produced and shipped again
OR - Refund/adjustment may be provided after verification
Cancellation Policy
Customized, OEM, private label, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
